Virtuix Omni One Systems Deployed for U.S. Navy MWR Liberty Program

Initial Deployment at U.S. Naval Station in Europe Opens Potential Opportunity Across 68 Navy Liberty Locations Worldwide

First MWR Sale Expands Omni One’s U.S. Military Applications Beyond Training into Recreation

AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Virtuix Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: VTIX), a leading developer of AI-driven, full-body simulation systems, today announced the sale of its first Omni One Enterprise systems to the U.S. Navy’s Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Liberty Program. The Omni One units will be deployed in support of a U.S. Naval Station in Europe, marking Virtuix’s first sale to the Navy’s Liberty Program and expanding the Company’s relationship with the U.S. Navy.

The Navy’s MWR organization supports the quality of life, well-being, and readiness of Sailors and the broader Navy community. Its Liberty Program provides recreation and entertainment opportunities, primarily for junior and unaccompanied Sailors, through Liberty centers at naval installations worldwide.

The initial deployment of two Omni One Enterprise systems, priced at approximately $15,000, provides Virtuix with an entry point into a potentially broader Navy MWR opportunity. The Navy MWR Liberty Program currently lists 68 Liberty and recreation locations globally, providing a potential pathway for additional Omni One Enterprise deployments if the initial installation is successful.

“This first sale to the Navy’s MWR Liberty Program, serving Sailors at 68 installations worldwide, demonstrates another compelling application for Omni One within the U.S. military,” said Jan Goetgeluk, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Virtuix. “Our military programs to date have largely focused on training and simulation. This deployment expands Omni One into recreation and entertainment for soldiers and provides an opportunity to demonstrate the platform within a global network of military bases.”

The sale builds on Virtuix’s growing momentum across the U.S. defense sector, with recent programs and deployments involving all four major branches of the U.S. military. In May 2026, the Company was selected by the U.S. Air Force for Phase I funding through the AFWERX SBIR program to further develop its Virtual Terrain Walk platform. The U.S. Marine Corps Training and Education Command (“TECOM”), through strategic partner KBR, named Virtuix as the lead integrator to develop an infantry fireteam trainer using four Omni One omni-directional treadmills.

Additional momentum includes Omni One deployments and programs with the U.S. Air Force Academy, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, the Air National Guard, and Yokota Air Base in Japan, as well as a cooperative research and development agreement with the U.S. Navy. Together, these initiatives have expanded Virtuix’s defense footprint across all four major branches of the U.S. military through funding awards, research agreements, system deployments, and simulation development programs.
