The acquisition expands Solvent Direct’s distribution capacity, asset availability, and logistics infrastructure, further strengthening its ability to provide next-day delivery of laboratory supplies, specialty gases, solvents, dry ice, filtration media, hardware, and extraction support products across the United States.
