TrueMark Investments Expands FLDZ Focus with Dedicated Defense and Aerospace Strategy

TrueMark Investments today announced enhancements to FLDZ, now the TrueShares Patriot Defense ETF, providing investors access to companies across the defense and aerospace ecosystem while continuing its distinctive commitment to supporting the mission of the Folds of Honor Foundation by donating the entirety of the fund’s management fee, less operating expenses to the cause. The fund continues to trade under ticker FLDZ.

The TrueShares Patriot Defense ETF seeks capital growth through investing in companies included in the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) Aerospace & Defense sector. The strategy invests primarily in defense-related companies, including manufacturers of civil and military aerospace equipment, defense electronics, and space-related technologies.

FLDZ combines exposure to long-term defense modernization trends with a meaningful impact component. After fund operating expenses, the entirety of the fund’s management fee is used to support the mission of Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides educational scholarships to the families of America’s fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.

“As defense spending, aerospace innovation, artificial intelligence, and next-generation security technologies continue to evolve, we believe investors are seeking more focused ways to access these long-term structural trends,” said Mike Loukas, CEO for TrueMark Investments. “FLDZ provides exposure across the defense value chain while maintaining a powerful connection to a mission that resonates with many investors.”

The portfolio is managed by Andy Lyons, CFA and Ben Reidy, CFA, who bring more than three decades of combined investment management experience across portfolio construction, quantitative analysis, and institutional investing.

FLDZ invests in companies operating across traditional defense contracting, aerospace manufacturing, defense technologies, space infrastructure, and emerging innovation themes that are shaping the future of national security and defense modernization. The strategy may serve as a targeted allocation for investors seeking specialized exposure to defense and aerospace while complementing broader equity portfolios.

The fund reflects TrueMark’s continued commitment to delivering differentiated ETF solutions that combine specialized market exposure with investor-centric outcomes. As an affiliate of RiverNorth Capital, TrueMark benefits from the support and resources of an established asset management platform while maintaining its focus on innovative ETF strategies.
